 I love this diagram of how the Ko'olau ridge was created. This is looking south toward Waimanalo (see Olomana?). This is at a little lookout about a mile past the visitor center. You'll see a parking area on the right and just before the parking area a steep, paved incline. Go up the incline and you'll find the sign and a bench just out of sight from the road below. It's no more than 100 yards and well worth the walk. Great views. Order Warning
